Dr. House (ThatRedHare) was taken here and asked if they wanted to enable "odoru" mode, which is Japanese for "dance".

Upon completing this, dancing NPCs were added to noaccess with a static NPC.

Everyone except dr_house was randomly kicked while in in noaccess, level changed to this map.
