Very hard to define.
NPCs with dynamic movementNo, because UM is an unarticulated DMNPC in higuy
dmnpcs have Namegen names and use unique models. In fortress the A-posing heavies have unique bundled, named models despite just being heavy models. They do not have "dmnpc" in the name.
DMNPCs are manipulated with the DM Editor as shown in Helmetcreek
