Skybox.exe Multiterminal

Anomi's streaming setup designed to work with skybox.exe (the console driver from IL8, tuesday incident)

Seems to be fundamentally built into skybox.exe

In IL8 this is being definitively run by Anomidae
In SOURCEBOX vod this appears to NOT be Anomidae. It starts with a specified "ANOMI-PC" target, but then switches to a LOCAL terminal with VLC and Samaritan
